About
Bedtime Stacking or Bedtime Stack, also known as Bedtime Stacking Trend, refers to a trend and term coined by TikToker @linneaphm in early 2026, which describes the method of bringing objects and amenities such as books, snacks, laptops, tablets and journals with the intent of staying in bed and getting as much done as you can before winding down to go to sleep. The trend, which went largely unnoticed until the spring of 2026, received an uptick in interest in early April 2026 following reports from local news outlets and sleep experts claiming that the practice is reportedly detrimental to sleep.
Origin
The trend was started by TikTok user @linneaphm. On January 23rd, 2026, Linnéa Pham posted a video discussing the concept of Bed Stacking. The video received 441,600 views and 110,500 likes in about three months.
