If season six left the women of Salt Lake City with fractured friendships and little common ground, the next arrives with even more personal stakes. The supersized season seven premiere of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs Wednesday, Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Viewers without cable can watch Bravo through DirecTV, Fubo, Hulu + Live TV or Sling, with free trials available from the first three services.

Peacock will carry new episodes the day after airing on Bravo (Thursday at 6 a.m. ET/PT), but it doesn’t offer a standard free trial. However, some partner memberships provide access at no additional cost. More on those options below.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season seven premieres Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. New episodes are scheduled to air weekly on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET.

Where to Stream The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season Seven Online Free

If you don’t have cable, you can watch Bravo through DirecTV, Fubo, Hulu + Live TV or Sling. DirecTV and Fubo each offer five-day free trials, while Hulu + Live TV offers a three-day trial. That gives new subscribers several ways to watch season seven without committing to a full month of service.

The new season’s premiere will also be available to stream on Peacock on Thursday, Sept. 17. Peacock does not currently offer a free trial, but DirecTV subscribers have another option. New customers who choose a Signature Package, including Entertainment, Choice, Ultimate or Premier, can receive two months of Movies Extra Pack + Peacock Premium at no additional cost. DirecTV also offers a five-day free trial on any plan, allowing new customers to watch RHOSLC during the trial period. For another savvy streaming hack, a subscription to Peacock is available through Prime Video and unlike direct subscriptions on PeacockTV.com, Peacock on Prime Video offers a seven-day trial period for the Premium Plus plan. Following the trial, unless cancelled at any time, the subscription will continue at the standard rate.

There is another option for viewers who already use Instacart or are considering an Instacart+ membership. The service includes the ad-supported Peacock Premium plan at no extra charge. Peacock Premium normally costs $12.99 per month or $129.99 annually, while new Instacart+ members can test the membership with a 14-day free trial.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Cast for Season Seven

Season seven brings back Lisa Barlow, Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Angie Katsanevas, Meredith Marks, Bronwyn Newport and Whitney Rose as the returning Housewives. Britani Bateman returns as a friend of the cast, while Ashley Quai joins as a new friend. None of the season six Housewives have been dropped from the season seven lineup, although the addition of Quai gives the ensemble a new personality to watch.
