There's nothing like a good walk. It's the cure to most of my problems, turns out. If I'm feeling any type of way, I know I can just go on a quick trot through my neighborhood, and I'll end up with a clearer head. It's a reliable trick. A little music, a little saunter, and I'm off to the races. A walk with a friend? One of life's greatest pleasures. A walk with oneself? Just as good. A walk accompanied by an interesting podcast or a compelling playlist? Sign me up, pal. The thing about winter is that these walks are often marred by cold, ice, and snow. I can't exactly speed walk through my neighborhood at the velocity I previously could, for fear of slipping on ice and ending up with a broken tailbone. This is why we need alternate forms of walking. 

Maybe you can take a walk through the internet. Isn't that another way to say scroll? What if the internet were just a forest full of wonderful things that we could make our way through at our own leisure? Why don't we think about it that way?
