A user named "tris 7/" responds, "did the journal factory explode." The post gained over 84,000 likes and 6,500 reposts in two weeks.
Spread
On February 27th, 2026, X user @queermediabait quoted the post by @mobilesuitsam with a meme that applies the comments to the Yellowjackets characters Shauna Shipman and Mari Ibarra, garnering over 1,200 likes in two weeks.
That day, X user @upuntil_dawn quoted the post, writing, "Did the journal factory explode is the funniest and most relatable thing I’ve heard in a long time," garnering over 256,000 likes and 12,000 reposts in two weeks.
On March 1st, Instagram user fullofshadee posted a screenshot of the tweet that gained over 22,400 likes in two weeks.
