32 Flavors Hires Michael Beck as Senior VP of Programming, Promotes Jessica Snavely to Senior VP of Production & Operations (EXCLUSIVE)

Unscripted powerhouse 32 Flavors has made two key executive moves.

Variety has learned exclusively that the company has named Michael Beck senior vice president of programming, while Jessica Snavely has been promoted to senior vice president of production and operations. Both will report to 32 Flavors CEO and founder Alex Baskin.

“Jessica has been instrumental in helping us build 32 Flavors into one of the industry’s fastest-growing production companies, and Michael is one of the most respected creative forces in unscripted television,” said Baskin. ” As we continue to grow our business, their complementary strengths in creative leadership and operational excellence will be invaluable. Together, they bring the vision, experience, and leadership that will help shape the next chapter of 32 Flavors.”

Sony Pictures Television acquired a majority stake in 32 Flavors in 2024. The company is known for producing hit unscripted franchises like “Vanderpump Rules,” “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” and “The Valley.”

In his new role, Beck will oversee all programming across the 32 Flavors portfolio, where he will work with talent, production teams, and network/streaming partners. Snavely will now oversee production strategy and day-to-day operations as well as leading production teams and helping to scale the company’s slate. That includes expanding into scripted, podcasts, and other content.

Beck was previously the showrunner on “Vanderpump Rules,” “Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas,” and “Still Flipping Out,” all of which were produced by 32 Flavors. Beck has nearly two decades of experience, with his resume including shows like “Southern Hospitality,” “Married to Medicine,” “Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles,” and multiple “Real Housewives” shows.

Snavely joined 32 Flavors in 2024 from Evolution Media. Since joining the company, she has worked on shows like “Shut Up Evan,” “The Valley,” and “The Valley: Persian Style.”
