27-year-old saves for over a year to gift Mom a cruise, the day after she gives her the tickets, the mom books a 2nd cruise for the entire family: 'She completely overshadowed my gift'

I've never been on a cruise, but I know it's a big deal. Often allowing travelers to visit multiple countries and experience a million different viewpoints, cruises are not for the faint of heart and require a lot of preliminary planning and mental preparation. If you're going on a cruise in June, you might be a little burnt out for the next 10-day excursion in July. 

Alas, that's what this young woman was worried about. 

After spending a year planning and dumping her savings on two luxurious tickets to a cruise vacation, her mom booked another one back-to-back. Their experience together would be totally overshadowed by the follow up adventure. At least, that's what the daughter was worried about. 

However, she doesn't understand the full capacity of a mother's love. 

Excited to share her experiences with her family and children, this mom was really just happy and elated to include everyone. She didn't need the luxury or the restful massages; she wanted to share a once-in-a-lifetime moment with everyone she loved, including everyone but the family dog.
